Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Medical Records Clerk for the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex in Pikeville, Tennessee. The role supports offender health records and coordination with healthcare staff on an evening shift.

The position requires a High School Diploma/GED, CPR certification, and preferred experience in medical records or administrative roles, with a pay range of $19–$23 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Medical Records/Mental Health/Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge or course completion preferred.
• Computer/Data Entry experience is required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain offender health records.
• Respond to requests for health records in a timely manner.
• Perform clerical duties and support continuity of care with healthcare staff.
