The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow cleaning protocols, and reliable transportation. Evening hours 6p-10p, Mon-Fri and possibly weekends; pay is $15.00 per hour, with confidential handling of patient information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a medical healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of infection control and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, waiting areas, and staff office
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including countertops, desks, and equipment
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floor surfaces
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks and mirrors
• Restock supplies in bathrooms and other areas as needed
• Follow proper protocols for handling and disposing of medical waste
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition
• Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control procedures
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor
