Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology or related field.
• ASCP or equivalent certification acceptable.
• Two years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs various lab tests and procedures following SOPs on patient specimens.
• Maintains quality control and prepares reports.
• Operates and calibrates lab instruments; troubleshoots malfunctions.
• Educates staff and students; participates in training and safety programs.
