Job summary

Rapid Medical is seeking a contractor driver to manage daily stop routes for labs, clinics, and health systems from Malibu, CA. You’ll use a driver app for scheduling, navigation, and real-time dispatch support, while capturing pickup/delivery proof and ensuring proper handling of specimens as required.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and the ability to adjust on the fly. Vehicle ownership and basic courier experience are beneficial, with17 ongoing support and onboarding provided

Qualifications

• Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.
• Personal vehicle (2016+), valid license, insurance, and clean MVR.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and use a smartphone app for routing and proof of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Run stops using the driver app with navigation and real-time support.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery.
• Handle specimens carefully and maintain required temperatures when needed.
• Notify dispatch immediately if issues arise or items damaged.
