Job summary

Tier1usa is a contractor logistics partner seeking a Pittsburgh-based driver to manage local route stops with our driver app, logging deliveries and keeping care for specimens. The role operates Monday through Friday with start times around 6:00 PM and requires a reliable vehicle and insurance; 21+ and a valid license are essential.

Compensation includes a $60 per day rate, a $50 weekly bonus, and a $150 sign-on bonus, with bi-weekly direct deposit and potential training bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have a personal vehicle (2016+ preferred), valid license, active insurance, and satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data.
• Able to lift up to 25lbs and 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Carry out local route deliveries using driver app with navigation, scheduling, and real-time support.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app.
• Maintain proper temperature for specimens (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required).
• Communicate with dispatch promptly if issues arise or items are damaged.
