Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Diploma from post-secondary training in a state licensed school or college accredited by US Dept. of Education is required.
• 3 years of practical work experience is required.
• Experience in phlebotomy, immunizations, venipuncture, injections, pharmacology, EKG, wound care, GYN procedures and vital signs is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver class objectives in a clear, concise manner.
• Foster a safe environment for students in classrooms and labs.
• Maintain training aids, tools, and equipment in classroom and lab.
• Maintain curriculum accuracy by staying current with industry standards and practices.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them succeed academically and professionally.
• Identify at‑risk students and create individualized success plans to mitigate attrition.
• Foster relationships with students to help them meet program competency requirements.
• Provide periodic and ad‑hoc reporting to stakeholders.
• Meet with students and education personnel to discuss instructional programs and issues.
• Provide regular interaction with students in online course components.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress.
• Deliver engaging lectures and lab sessions on assigned topics, diagnostics, equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Other duties as assigned.
