Job summary

Redirect Health is seeking a Medical Assistant (evenings) to support providers and ensure timely, compassionate, and well‑coordinated care for members. You will own patient appointments, scheduling, and maintain accurate EMR records, while providing clinical support and helping deliver a calm, confident care experience.

The role requires completion of a Medical Assistant program, 1 year of MA experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with EMR, Word, and Excel; bilingual

Qualifications

• Completion of Medical Assistant Program from an accredited school.
• 1 Year of Medical Assistant experience, required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel (preferred).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are highly desired.
• High school diploma or GED required.

About This Role

Medical Assistant (evenings) exists to support Redirect Health Medical Providers and ensure members receive timely, compassionate, and well-coordinated care throughout their healthcare experience.

In this role, you will:

• Serve Redirect Health members and medical providers
• Be responsible for appointment coordination, accurate medical record management, and clinical support
• Directly impact how confident, cared for, and supported members feel when receiving care
