Job summary

Eaton is hiring a Material Handler Forklift Operator on the 2nd shift at our Pinckneyville, IL facility. Core hours run Mon-Fri, 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Overtime may be required. Starting pay is $22.47/hr plus a $0.40 shift differential, with benefits from day one.

The role requires staging materials, performing SAP tasks, and moving items to support production while maintaining stock levels. A high school diploma or GED is required, and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• This position does not sponsor immigration or visa programs (CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, etc.).
• No relocation benefits; reside within 50 miles of Pinckneyville, IL.

Responsibilities

• Stage, organize, and gather materials for upcoming production orders.
• Perform SAP transactions.
• Move materials into designated departments and maintain stock levels.
• Operate the bander safely and efficiently per procedures.
