Job summary

West Coast Energy Systems in Wisconsin is seeking Material Handlers to support production and distribution. This role focuses on moving parts, picking warehoused items, and delivering to assembly areas, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

You’ll work 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime and Saturday hours as needed. Training is provided, and you’ll gain experience across materials, ERP systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow established principles, practices, procedures, processes, and policies.
• Learn to operate forklift to transport materials within the facility.
• Developing knowledge of the company for the full scope of the role and may be assigned to projects for career development.
• Resolves problems with assistance from peers or supervisors depending on the level and complexity.
• Communicate effectively with immediate supervisor and other members of the team.
• Flex across different products and areas to support business needs.
• Perform forklift daily inspections.
• Accepts responsibility for own actions, follows through on commitments.

• Perform safe and effective operation of all equipment needed to perform job function.
