Job summary

Fortress Nutrition is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler to support our Warehouse operations in New Berlin, WI. The role involves inventory control, material receiving, picking, packing, and shipping with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of material handling experience, familiarity with stand-up reach trucks, and solid computer skills. Training hours are 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday, with OT and weekend shifts as production requires.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of material handling experience
• Stand-up reach truck experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Punctuality, reliability and strong work ethic
• Ability to meet production standards and follow work instructions

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory by labeling and storing materials and recording locations
• Pull and verify materials listed on production orders
• Deliver and open materials to work centers to maintain in-process inventory
• Stack, store, and protect products in designated areas
• Document material movements and shipments
• Perform pre-use inspections and basic maintenance on material handling equipment
• Adhere to OSHA, FDA and GMP standards
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
