Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Danvers seeks a Radiologic Technologist (Mammography) to operate mammography equipment and ensure high-quality diagnostic images. This onsite role requires ARRT-R/ARRT-M credentials, state licensure, and strong patient communication.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in medical imaging required.
• State license as Radiologic Technologist and ARRT-R certification required.
• ARRT-M and BLS preferred; ARRT-M required within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Operates mammographic equipment and related devices.
• Positions patients and ensures proper immobilization.
• Selects exposure factors for accurate imaging.
• Assesses image quality and obtains additional views as needed.
• Prepares supplies using aseptic technique when appropriate.
• Explains procedures to patients.
