Job summary

Precision Strip in Vonore, TN seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure continuous operation of metal processing machinery. You will perform planned and unplanned maintenance, schedule preventive work, and keep accurate maintenance records.

You will troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical/PLC systems, and assist with installing and upgrading equipment. Strong fabrication skills and ability to read drawings are essential.

Qualifications

Must read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic and electrical drawings.
Proven maintenance experience in manufacturing, with trade accreditation.
Strong trouble-shooting skills for hydraulics, electrical and PLCs.
Experience with fabrication processes (welding, plasma, torch).
Ability to schedule preventative maintenance and maintain records.

Responsibilities
