Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with drywall, general carpentry, painting, basic plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel building, grounds and operation of its equipment and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Keep all equipment in good repair and complete maintenance work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and ensure guest satisfaction.
