Job summary

Texas-licensed LVNs with at least 1 year of healthcare experience are invited to apply; the role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment during 3pm–11pm shifts with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher in Nursing preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and emergency nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and maintaining accurate records
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Conduct patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop solutions in partnership with colleagues
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
