Touchstone Communities' The Heights of Tyler is seeking an LVN Charge Nurse for a full-time night shift (6pm–6am) at 2650 Elkton Trail, Tyler, TX 75703.

You will lead care teams, support residents as whole people, and build trusting relationships with families who entrust their loved ones to us.

Requirements include a current Texas LVN license or Compact State LVN/LPN license, with a heart for ministry and service.

Qualifications

• A current and valid Texas LVN nursing license, or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
