• Must have a valid California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Organize, provide, and maintain healthcare services per CCHCS policies and procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic effects.
• Collect information on patient status and report to PCP or RN promptly.
• Educate patients and document care in the approved format.
• Administer/assist with therapies and treatments.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing as ordered.
• Assist RN/PCP with clinic appointments and exams.
• Assist mental health professionals with treatment planning and evaluation.
• Document in patient health records the care provided and patient response.
