Responsibilities

• Assist Admissions/Discharge processes for residents.
• Complete incident reports and follow-up investigations as needed.
• Transcribe physician orders and review medication orders for accuracy.
• Learn and adapt to the EMR system and clinical workflow changes.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Engage in Care Planning and participate in care conferences.
• Maintain rapport with the care team to meet resident needs.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities.
