Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and become licensed Practical Nurse.
• Unencumbered LPN license and current state nursing board.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• IV therapy requirements may apply in North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of RN/physician.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Support a multidisciplinary care team and communicate clearly with residents and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to care plans and standards.

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Associate degree in practical nursing (preferred)
