Job summary

The Sanctuary of Holy Cross in South Bend, Indiana, is seeking an LPN or RN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and supervising staff to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to uphold compassionate, person-centered care and drive ongoing quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license and current certification.
• Experience in a long-term care setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct resident care including medications and vital signs.
• Supervise nursing staff during shifts.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Nursing leadership to uphold care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
