Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in New York. The role focuses on providing routine resident care, monitoring health, assisting physicians and RNs, and communicating medication instructions to patients and families.

You will admit new residents, support rounds, supervise non-licensed staff, assess resident health, and explain treatment protocols.

Formación

• LPN license is required.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Admitting new residents.
• Assisting physicians during rounds of residents’ rooms.
• Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff.
• Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff.
• Performing ongoing assessments of residents’ physical and mental health.
• Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents.
