Job summary

Lake Seminole Square is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care for residents in a beautiful lakefront senior living community. This part-time role includes supervising care staff and updating care plans to meet each resident’s needs.

Earn $27/hr with a $4 weekend differential (Sat/Sun) and a $3 differential after 3pm on Mon-Fri. Includes paid training, PTO, holiday pay, 401(k) match, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in senior care or hospitality-minded nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and nursing standards.
• Monitor resident health and report changes.
• Develop and update resident care plans.
• Support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence.
• Supervise and collaborate with caregiving staff.
• Communicate resident needs and community updates to nursing leadership.
