Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
• LTC experience preferred.
• Experience with complex admissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care provided.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel delivering care in SNF.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
