Job summary

Elite Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking an LPN for behavioral health assignments in Lutz, FL. This contract role offers a $33/hour pay rate, a consistent evening schedule, and placement at a dedicated facility with one of our healthcare partners.

Ideal candidates are reliable, with at least 1 year of LPN experience in behavioral health and the ability to work 3pm-11pm on Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN.
• Minimum 1 year in behavioral health.
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Utilize EMR to record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Record and maintain accurate health information and vital signs.
• Provide direct nursing care including wound care within scope of practice.
• Assist with resident assessments and individualized care plans.
• Document medications, treatments, observations and responses.
• Collaborate with CNAs and healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain compliance with policies, infection control and regulations.
• Escalate concerns to onsite supervisor and agency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
