Job summary

CH and Trinity, P.C. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for St. Catherine Laboure SNF Post Acute in Buffalo, NY. Shift 2, 3pm-11pm, with weekend and holiday rotation. Full-time position offering steady evening hours in a SNF environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Currently registered in New York State as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Post-hire experience of 1 year to perform in an acceptable manner.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to designated residents under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Coordinate and support certified nursing assistants in care activities.
