Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Hebron, Ohio, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for homecare Visit Nurse positions, with 35-minute to 1-hour visits. Opportunities include evening and weekend shifts with tiered scheduling and caseload expectations.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license for the state in which you practice.
• Current Health Certificate per facility RN contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate client care.
• Initiates plan of care and requests revisions as patient status changes.
• Implements therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Intervenes for changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and documents effectiveness.
• Reviews care plan and coordinates education, care, and discharge planning.
