The evening shift (2pm-10pm) emphasizes a range of physical and behavioral health needs within a corrections environment. Florida LPN licensure and CPR certification are required, with clearance procedures in place.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision.
• Work with RNs and medical/psychiatric staff to respond to health needs.
• Ensure adherence to scope of practice within facility protocol.
