Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Stateville Correctional Center NRC in Crest Hill, Illinois. The LPN provides holistic nursing care under the direction of RNs and medical staff for incarcerated patients.

The role requires an Illinois LPN license (or the ability to obtain one), CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Illinois LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities
