Job summary

Artis Senior Living is seeking an LPN/LVN-licensed Coordinator of Health & Wellness for a full-time night shift (6pm–6am) with every-other-weekend requirements. Starting pay is $32 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

The role involves clinical monitoring, medication administration, and supervising caregiving staff in a dementia care setting. Ideal candidates will have current LPN/LVN credentials and experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.

Qualifications

• Must possess current LPN/LVN license.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical monitoring and support for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia.
• Oversee medication management and administer medications per physician orders.
• Document care and resident observations including changes in condition.
• Supervise Caregivers and CNAs in providing resident care.
• Assist with move-ins and community relations.
