Job summary

Unity Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for Full-Time Practical Care at Clearview, Searcy, AR. The LPN will perform nursing duties under RN supervision and support patient care delivery per plan of care.

Responsibilities include data collection, treatments and medications administration, and collaboration with the care team to achieve patient outcomes. A $2000 sign-on bonus is offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current Arkansas licensure as a licensed practical nurse.
• Orientation period of no less than 2 weeks and generally no greater than 3 months.
• Proficient nursing skills using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborates with other healthcare providers and educates patients and/or family as needed.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the RN, delivers nursing care using the nursing process.
