Job summary

The Palmettos of Bluffton, part of National HealthCare Corporation, is seeking a dedicated LPN Floor Supervisor for the 3p-11p shift. You will oversee nursing care on-site, applying the nursing process and leading a compassionate team to meet patient needs and maintain care standards.

We welcome SC-licensed LPNs with strong communication and teamwork, offering a full-time, on-site position in Bluffton, SC with opportunities to advance within a nationwide provider.

Qualifications

• Must hold South Carolina LPN nursing license.
• Licensed Practical Nurse with valid license in SC.
• Ability to work 3pm–11pm, full-time, on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical competency via integrated nursing knowledge, leadership, and communication.
• Uses the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care.
• Manages workflow prioritizing to meet patient care needs.
• Adheres to current standards and regulations related to nursing services.
• Applies continuous quality improvement and problem-solving in daily care.
• Demonstrates care, compassion, and teamwork on shift.
