Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center in Madison, FL is hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). The facility offers daily pay, health and dental/vision insurance, PTO, flexible scheduling, and 401(k). Interviews are held walk-in, with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• LPN license to practice in the state or multistate license.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergencies, and center policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for best outcomes.
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition.
• Work under supervision per state nurse practice act and center policies.
• Deliver nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative patients.
• Collect patient data, observe and report pertinent information.
• Implement and evaluate patient/resident care plans.
• Direct and supervise care by other nursing staff when needed.
• Maintain documentation and equipment knowledge.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and rights.
