Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in North Attleborough, MA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver quality nursing care in a warm, home-like setting. You will work with a supportive team to monitor residents, communicate changes, and coordinate care with family and providers.

The schedule is 3pm–11pm with every other weekend required, and the hourly pay ranges from $33.50 to $37.50. Prior elder-care experience and CPR certification are preferred, and state LPN licensure is

Qualifications

  • Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
  • Observes and reports significant changes in resident health to the care team.
  • Directs and supervises daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
  • Mentors Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
  • Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
  • Balances service demands with resident independence.
  • Prevents elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per state regulations.
  • Responds to emergencies and uses emergency systems appropriately.
