Job summary
Complete Care in New Jersey is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening shifts to provide high-quality resident care in a warm, supportive environment. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and monitor patient needs.
We require an NJ LPN license, strong communication and teamwork, compassionate approach, and basic EMR skills. Competitive hourly pay from $34 to $41.75 plus shift differentials, with growth opportunities and benefits.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active LPN license in New Jersey.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
- Proficient with electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on the evening shift, including medications and vital signs.
- Develop and update individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean environment.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure smooth care transitions.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the facility.
