Qualifications

• LPN license in New Jersey required.
• Successful completion of LPN program is required.
• Long-Term/ Skilled Nursing Facility experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Record a patient's medical history accurately.
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and medication effects.
• Monitor patient condition including fluid intake/output and charting.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as eating and bathing.
• Administer injections, prescribed meds, wound care and related tasks.
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned.
• Provide emotional and psychological support and communicate with families.
