Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll work evenings near home with a consistent schedule and the option of using your own vehicle or a tow-capable truck.

Each service night you collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor.

Qualifications

• Must own an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a tow-capable trailer.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with data plan for our work app and SMS updates.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor using your open-bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with trailer.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.
• Walk across apartment communities, climb stairs, and work outdoors.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed.
