Job summary

Valet Living is seeking part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming in Lafayette, IN. This role offers an evening schedule, minimal driving, and a local assignment close to home.

You'll collect bagged trash, service nearby communities, stay active outdoors, and use our mobile app to check in and photograph work. Pay is $20/hr if you have a truck; $18/hr for non-truck vehicles, with typical 10–15+ hours weekly and

Qualifications

• Own a qualifying vehicle: open-bed pickup truck or tow-ready vehicle with trailer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Smartphone with data plan to download/use our work app and receive SMS updates.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to the on-site compactor using your vehicle.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.
• Stay active by walking, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed.
