Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Service Valets to collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps at local apartment communities. You’ll use an open-bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with trailer to transport waste to the on-site compactor, servicing one or more nearby communities during your evening shift.

Qualifications

• Own either (1) an open-bed pickup truck or (2) a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job; vehicles without an open bed or trailer (including SUVs, sedans, and vans) do not qualify.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from residents' doorsteps and transport to the on-site compactor using your truck or tow vehicle.
• Service one or more nearby communities during your shift within the local area.
• Stay active by walking, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during your shift.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed
