Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to keep apartment communities clean and welcoming. You’ll use your own open-bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with a trailer, and work primarily in the evenings at local sites.

Expect to walk, climb stairs, and work outdoors, with pay rates of $20/hr for truck-equipped roles or $18/hr otherwise, and options like DailyPay. This role suits a reliable second job with consistent local hours.

Qualifications

• Own either (1) an open-bed pickup truck or (2) a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with data plan for the app and SMS updates.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor using your vehicle.
• Serve one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, in the same local area.
• Walk throughout communities, climb stairs, and work outdoors during shifts.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use the company app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
