Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. This role offers an evening schedule with 10–15+ hours per week, near-home work, and reliable extra income.

You must provide your own open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle capable of towing a trailer, have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, be at least 18, and be able to work independently using our mobile app.

Qualifications

• Own either a pickup truck with an open bed or a vehicle that can tow a trailer.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with data plan to download and use our work app.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. must be provided.
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift.
• Walk, climb stairs, and work outdoors at the sites.
• Avoid long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
