Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to keep apartment communities clean and welcoming in the evenings. You’ll collect bagged trash and cardboard from residents’ doorsteps and haul it to the on-site compactor using an open-bed pickup or trailer-equipped vehicle.

Wage is $21.00 per hour for trucks and $19.00 per hour for non-truck setups, with typical weekly hours of 10–15+, and most schedules Sunday–Thursday after 7–8 PM.

Qualifications

• Own open-bed pickup truck or a tow-capable vehicle with trailer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Auto insurance coverage for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18+ and able to work evenings.
• Smartphone with data plan for our app and SMS updates.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to receive SMS communications during pre-employment and employment.
• Ability to work independently and follow a routine.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor using your truck or trailer.
• Service one or more nearby communities during your shift, all within the same local area.
• Walk, climb stairs, and work outdoors as part of the nightly routine.
• No long-distance driving or off-site dumping; follow local guidelines.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
