Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) to keep apartments clean, safe, and welcoming. You will collect bagged trash and cardboard from residents’ doorsteps and transport it to on-site compactors, serving one or more nearby communities each shift.

The role offers evening schedules (typically 7–8 PM starts) with 10–15+ hours weekly, no weekends, and opportunities for quick hiring. You’ll use a mobile app to check in and document your work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app and receive SMS communications during pre-employment and employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.
• Reliable transportation: Open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift within the same local area.
• Walk, climb stairs, and work outdoors while staying active.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
