Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) in the Carlsbad area to keep apartment communities clean and welcoming. You will work local communities in the evening, using an open-bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with a trailer.

You’ll collect bagged trash and cardboard from doorsteps, walk routes, and stay active outdoors. The job offers consistent evening hours, daily pay options, and a local schedule near home.

Qualifications

• Own a pickup truck or a towing-capable vehicle with a trailer.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Smartphone with data plan for the company app and SMS updates.
• Willingness to follow a consistent routine and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor using your open-bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with trailer.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.
• Stay active by walking apartment communities, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed.
