Qualifications

• Must have attended training as a nurse assistant in a formal course.
• Must be licensed in the State of New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide meals and assist with dining for residents.
• Provide fluids and nourishment as directed.
• Attend to residents' call lights promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Carry out housekeeping duties on the unit as assigned.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Report changes to the supervising nurse immediately.
