The U.S. Bankruptcy Court - District of CT is seeking a Litigation Docket Clerk for its New York office. This role involves essential docketing, e-filing, and administrative support for the Managing Attorney and the broader department.

Applicants should have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of one year of relevant litigation experience, preferably in law firms. The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $57,760 to $65,000, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
• Experience with electronic filing systems, including Federal CM/ECF and California state courts, strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Record litigation filings in the firm’s docketing system and calculate procedural deadlines.
• Provide e-filing support through PACER/CM/ECF and other electronic filing systems.
• Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date litigation dockets.
• Prepare, proofread, and distribute departmental communications and documents.
