Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to six months’ experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments, such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared surfaces.
• Maintains cleanliness of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Keeps all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Performs a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain a clean, attractive environment for residents.
