Job summary

Richwood Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Full Time Laundry Aide to support our facility with laundry and housekeeping from 2pm to 10:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday (off Monday and Tuesday). Located in Oldham County, LaGrange, KY.

The role includes stocking, labeling, and delivering clean laundry while maintaining sanitary conditions and following safety protocols. The benefits package includes health coverage (medical, dental, vision), PTO/holidays, HSA/FSA, a 401(k) with company match, and an EAP.

Qualifications

• Education: GED or High School Diploma plus preferred experience.
• Ability to read and follow laundry/housekeeping directions.
• Basic math skills for maintaining supplies and records.
• Capacity to solve simple problems and ask for help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general laundry and housekeeping to keep the facility sanitary and odor-free.
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold clothing and linens for residents.
• Label new resident clothing items as needed.
• Deliver clean laundry items to resident rooms.
• Follows sanitary processes and maintains inventory of supplies.
• Report laundry equipment issues to the Administrator.
