Job summary

Nexus of Westmont is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide PM to join our team in Westmont, IL. This full-time role supports our facilities department by cleaning, sorting, washing, drying, and folding laundry items and maintaining a hygienic, organized environment.

You will collaborate with the facilities team to ensure timely turnaround of clean linens, provide excellent service to patients, visitors, and staff, and assist with restocking supplies and monitoring equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities/linen operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of laundry facilities, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding laundry items
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation
• Accurately process laundry items, ensuring timely and efficient turnaround of clean linens and textiles
• Collaborate with other facilities team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, responding promptly to requests and concerns
• Perform various tasks as needed, including restocking supplies and monitoring equipment performance
