Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Cleaner to perform basic cleaning across common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, and more. Multiple shifts are available, with full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.

Responsibilities include sanitizing and restocking areas, waste disposal, and operating cleaning equipment while adhering to safety standards. Excellent communication and reliable transportation are important for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing physical demands (bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, standing).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Performs additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup work for trash and restroom concerns.
