Job summary

ABM is seeking an Evening Cleaner to maint ain and clean an assigned area. The role offers a 3pm-11pm shift, with full-time or part-time hours on Monday–Friday and weekends. Pay rate is $15.30/hr, with duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and equipment maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be able to lift and move supplies, follow safety procedures, and work in a fast-paced environment while upholding ABM standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

Responsibilities

• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Dusts and washes furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; cleans ceilings and light fixtures; wash blinds.
• Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas.
• Removes stains and cleans stairs, rugs, walls and floors using chemicals.
• Prepares cleaning solutions and mixes cleaners as specified.
• Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors; vacuums carpeted areas.
• Gathers and empties trash; wipes tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas.
• Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures; services restrooms; cleans windows and glass partitions.
