ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties across facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment. The role supports a positive occupant experience and contributes to overall cleanliness and sanitation.

The position offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour with a Tuesday and Thursday 4:30pm - 11:00pm schedule. ABM provides a comprehensive benefits package and is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial/custodial experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing).
• Sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies and maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling per policy.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment properly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Assist with setup/cleanup for meetings or events.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols.
